deltarune uses a variety of different mechanics in telling its story. while noelle's time in the dark world (and as a party member in general!) is on the more limited side, she's still very much a main character. she has stats, titles, battle actions and reactions to various items.

the purpose of this page is to highlight these aspects of her character, since they're really interesting and can potentially go overlooked. please note that i also included unused/unimplemented information that is present in the game's code. i also want to give a huge shoutout to the the deltarune wiki for being such a fantastic source of deltarune information, and my main resource in compiling this page! everyone who works on it has enabled me in the best of ways...!

Heal Prayer
available when noelle joins the party. a support spell that costs 32% TP and heals one party member by a significant amount (magic stat x 5).

Sleep Mist
available when noelle joins the party. a support spell that costs 32% TP and spares all TIRED enemies, failing otherwise.

IceShock
available when noelle joins the party. an attack spell that costs 16% TP and deals moderately high damage to one enemy. it freezes defeated enemies in place.
it must be used on every enemy in cyber city to progress the weird route.

SnowGrave
only available on the weird route, during the battle against berdly.
an attack spell that costs 100% TP to use and requires the ThornRing on noelle. it deals extremely high damage to all enemies.
using it encases berdly in a block of ice. this is required to continue the weird route.


noelle's ACTs (typically non-violent methods of resolving fights) are called N-Actions. like other party members' actions, they cost 0 TP and allow her to increase the 'mercy' percent of a selected enemy. in this section, i also included actions where noelle is mentioned or 'comboing' with another party member.

characters in deltarune also react to items in different ways! even though she is only in the dark world during chapter 2, noelle strangely has a ton of unused reactions to items as of chapter 5!!! dataminers posted these reactions online, and they're recorded in places like the deltarune wiki. i got many of these unused reactions from various pages on that very wiki. so, again: thank you very much to everyone who works on it! i also included noelle's reactions to unused items that only exist in the game's code.

noelle is associated with rings in battle. (in the game's code, she can also use the everybodyweapon as well as two swords: the blackshard and jingleblade.) however, like other party members, she can react to other weapon types despite not using them.
